At Family Legal Services of Nepal, we assist with all family disputes and cases as regulated by the Civil Code, 2074, and the Civil Procedure Code, 2074.

Marriage:
For foreign nationals, the following are required: a no-objection letter, the marriage act from your home country, a residency recommendation from the local government of the district court's jurisdiction (with a minimum 15-day residency), at least one witness from either side, and a valid passport with remaining visa validity.

Divorce:
We handle a wide range of family law matters, including partition, succession, reunion, parental authority (both maternal and paternal), guardianship, curatorship, adoption, and inter-country adoption.
